The Spiked Jellies family would like to wish you a wonderful new year and thank you for growing with us.

An exciting addition for us this year is a featured flavor of the month, with fun recipes and new ideas for you to enjoy.  Appropriately, we are ringing in the New Year featuring our Champagne wine jelly!  This is a nice, healthy recipe for you to try out:

Champagne and Ginger Salmon:  Scoop out a spoonful of jelly into a small bowl.  Grate fresh ginger and mix it in.  Grill salmon with very light seasonings (lemon juice, season all).  When it is almost finished cooking, glaze over the salmon and let the glaze caramelize on.  Repeat again and then one last time after removing from the grill.  Then serve with rice, veggies, or over a salad.  Remember, it doesn’t take much for our Spiked Jellies to add lots of flavor to any recipe!
