It’s a long weekend, so that means more time to eat! And we are all about creative eats, right?! So, let’s get started…
Get the grill ready…it may be cold outside, but we can easily warm up our insides with Savory Champagne Shrimp! Grab a big spoonful of Champagne wine jelly, add some dry mustard and a little tarragon. Mix it up and then cook your favorite shrimp (or chicken) with a light seasoning, and start basting close to the end of cooking time. Make sure to add a final glaze upon plating.
As a side dish or appetizer, try Champagne Glazed Ravioli. Toast up some cheese ravioli in the oven, making sure to glaze with butter or spray butter. Glaze with Champagne wine jelly and sprinkle with your favorite seasonings.
For dessert, treat yourself to Champagne and Strawberry Pound Cake! Champagne glazed pound cake, topped with strawberries and Champagne jelly whipped cream! You won’t regret making this….you may not want to share it!
